How does Cleverboiler work?

Cleverboiler.com lets YOU take control of your next boiler. We save you time and money on the whole process.
You don’t want to have a pushy salesperson come to your house and sell you a boiler you don’t need, we ask you a few questions online and offer you boiler packages to choose from.
We only recommend top brands at affordable prices and all our boilers come with a 7 or 10 years warranty as standard.
Once you have chosen your boiler submit your details into the form, we will then contact you asap to arrange a date for your new boiler to be installed.

We’ll recommend a few boiler packages for you. Then you just choose the one required.
3. SUBMIT
Hit Submit and your details will come straight to us.
4. CONTACT
We will make contact with you ASAP to arrange a date for your installation and for our surveyor to have a short visit and make sure it all runs smoothly.
5. PAYMENT
Our surveyor will take payment and make sure you’re happy with the date for installation.
6. INSTALL
Then, Our Gas Safe installer will arrive to get it all fitted. Our engineers are qualified, experienced professionals and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
7. AFTERCARE
We will contact you a few days later to check everything is up and running and keeping you warm.

Whats included in my cleverboiler installation?

You get a top of the range A rated boiler with a smart control thermostat.
We use experienced Gas Safe registered heating engineers to fit your new boiler.
We will take away the old boiler and rubbish.
We will register the boiler with the manufacturer and also with the Gas Safe Register and email you the certificates.

Are Cleverboiler engineers all qualified and Gas registered?

Yes.

Can I get a Cleverboiler boiler above the second floor?

We can fit boilers above the second floor, but you may need to arrange for scaffold for us to reach the flue, if you need our help, please feel free to contact us.

What boiler do I need?

The boiler you need will depend on the choices you have made.

What happens after I get my quote?

You will be contacted by us to arrange an installation date.

Will my new boiler save on my energy bills?

All our boilers are A rated.

I am a landlord, can I use cleverboiler?

Yes. Anyone who needs a quality boiler can use us.

Types of boilers

What is a combi boiler?

Combination boilers give instant hot water and do not use a hot water cylinder.

What is a system boiler?

The system boiler will have a hot water cylinder but no cold tanks in the loft and will use a pressure gauge and filling loop to fill the system.

What is a conventional boiler?

Standard or conventional boilers use a hot water cylinder and cold water tanks in the loft.

Your installation

Will Cleverboiler take away my old boiler?

Yes. We will take away any rubbish at the end of your installation.

Will Cleverboiler make good after the installation?

We will make good around any holes on the inside and out, any boxing in around pipes will have to be removed and may not be able to go back as before.

What free smart thermostat will I get?

Nest, Hive depending on the wiring of the existing installation.

Will Cleverboiler clean out my system?

Yes. We will use a chemical hot flush on the system and put an inhibitor in to protect the system.

Do I need to do anything before the engineer arrive?

No. maybe make the area around the boiler clear

Will there be a mess?

Boiler installations will always create a small mess like any building jobs, but our engineers will use dust sheets and protective equipment to limit any mess and will always clean up leaving the area tidy.

My warranty

How long is my warranty?

All our warranty are 7 + years for parts and labour direct from the manufacturer

How do I keep my warranty valid?

You will need to have your new boiler serviced every 12 months by a qualified gas engineer.

Do I need to activate my warranty?

No. We will take care of that for you.

What do I do if my boiler breaks down?

If you do have an issue with the new boiler let us know and we can call the manufacturer to come and sort everything out.
